Lactic acid bacteria preparation with Psyllium Husk and blueberry powder that promote the stomach and bowel function and maintain a healthy cholesterol level.

Coarse psyllium (all parts of the seed; seed coat, kernels and embryo) increases the bulk of the stool and softens it, easing its passage. The fibre cleanses the bowel by binding harmful substances, increases osmotic pressure in the bowel and makes the lactic acid bacteria multiply quicker and the body to absorb vitamin C better.

 Dosage instructions:

Mix 1-2 tablespoons of Havitall powder with 3-4 dl water, juice or soup. Take immediately. 1-2 times a day, appr. 12 g/day. We recommend that you drink a lot of water during the day.

Keep the container closed. Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Dietary supplements should not replace the variety of foods important to a healthy diet.
